This Privacy Policy explains how Craft Home Remodeling ("Craft," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit crafthomeremodel.com (the "Site"), submit a form, call us, or receive text messages from us. We are a licensed California general building contractor (CSLB License # 1114525) located at 11403 W Bernardo Ct #204, San Diego, CA 92127.
1. Information You Provide
When you submit a contact, estimate, or consultation request, we collect the information you enter, which typically includes:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Project details — such as project type (bathroom, kitchen, whole-home remodel, addition, ADU) and any description you write
- Whether you checked the box consenting to receive text messages, along with the date and time and the version of the consent language shown to you (we keep this as a record of your consent)
If you call us or we speak by phone, we may also keep notes about your project and a record of the call.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect certain technical information when you browse, including your IP address, device and browser type, referring website, the pages you view, and how you interact with them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Analytics, Advertising, and Call Tracking
We use the following third-party services on the Site:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads — to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure the performance of our advertising, including which ads lead to form submissions.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the performance of our advertising and to reach people who have visited the Site.
- Nimbata call tracking — to show a tracking phone number and attribute incoming calls to the marketing source that produced them. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping.
These providers may set their own cookies and process information under their own privacy policies. Some of this activity may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — see section 8 for how to opt out.
4. SMS Consent and Mobile Information
Mobile information (phone numbers) collected for SMS consent is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected through our SMS opt-in is shared with third parties for their own marketing. We use your phone number only for the purpose you consented to — appointment- and estimate-related communications from Craft Home Remodeling about your project.
We share phone numbers with our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages on our behalf, and that provider is not permitted to use the numbers for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

- Respond to your request and answer your questions
- Schedule, confirm, and remind you about estimates, assessments, and appointments
- Prepare proposals and carry out remodeling work you hire us to do
- Send text messages, if you opted in
- Maintain business, project, and consent records
- Measure and improve our website, services, and advertising
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that operate the Site, host our systems, manage our customer records, process form submissions, and deliver email and text messages — each only to perform those services for us.
- Advertising and analytics providers as described in section 3.
- Subcontractors and suppliers when needed to quote, schedule, or complete your project.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
7. Cookies and Your Choices
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, adjust Google ad personalization in your Google account settings, and adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
8. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and business-record exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service

You may use an authorized agent, in which case we may ask for proof of their authority.
9. Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver and warrant your project, and maintain business, tax, and legal records. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained as long as needed to document compliance, even after you opt out, so that we can honor your opt-out.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as financial account or government ID numbers through the Site's forms.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with an updated effective date.
